So I had done my fingerprints before sending documents to CIO, by the time I received the letter from CIO... my fingerprints had expired. Now I am trying to do it again, but the agency is telling me that I have to get my full set of fingerprints, so which one do I need to submit full set or just the 5 fingerprints?
Also I have already sent in my papers to Buffalo because my prints had expired I could not send it along with my papers. Now when I do my prints again, do I give the file number I received from CIO or should I wait for the new file number from Buffalo?

the agency fingerprints by RCMP do not say if they are expired, but my fingerprints from Dubai, UAE says valid for 6 months and that is already expired.
