hi i live in canada for two years and now i am in india and applying for pr for canada and for that i need pcc of canada i looked online it says u need to get ur fingerprints scan and send it to rcmp. but i dont know who do this and how, in india. anyone can help me out. our district sp office have no idea about this. ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ???

Im pretty sure you dont nwed an rcmp check unless they request it.

I lived in canada for 2.5 years but didnt include one.

I did my PCC through them and it was done in less than a month. Take your finger prints from an accredited company in India, and pay the fees with the above company and send them the required documents including fingerprints.

They will convert it electronically and submit it to the RCMP for faster process which takes 3 days for the results if you dont have a criminal record and 120 + if you have a criminal record.
 
You don't need PCC from Canada. If CIC would want it, they will ask for it later. Below is from the guide:

You and your family members who are 18 years of age and older and are not permanent residents or Canadian citizens must provide a valid police certificate for each country other than Canada, in which you have spent six or more months since the age of 18.
