I applied for clearance from FBI 5 times with Finger prints but finally was told "that no faults with finger printing but identifiers on fingers are not suffiencient and can not be read by machine. Ask immigration to use other methods of verification." Stange. need advice.
I am afraid but I have not heard of such a case
Why don't you write to Immigration office and ask what the alternate could be. They may ask you for a state certificate. No harm trying

This sounds ghoulish, Go to your local police station and ask if they will refer you to the technician who takes prints of the corpses. They have the means to raise the prints.
