Ok, I'm gonna say the same here, so maybe we get a discussion going. I dont believe the RCMP request to be indicative of anything more than that they are looking at your file. Thats in and of itself is positive enough. I dont want to say its likely you will move forward, but there is a chance they already finished the eligibility and are waiting on RCMP for MR to be sent.
My rationale here is why would they waste time requesting PCC if they decided to reject your case. Its not logical. So, stay optimistic, but cautious, is what my suggestion would be !
