I'm working as a Team Lead in the Returns Department at a logistics warehouse. Although I have a team lead as my job title, I do all the duties of a supervisor. We do not have anyone with the job title of a supervisor (we directly report to the warehouse manager) at our warehouse and team leads are generally called supervisors here. I was wondering if NOC-1215 is the right NOC for my express entry profile under the skilled worker category because I perform all the duties of a supervisor and can have my HR enlist similar duties on my job letter.
