I'm sponsoring my fiancee under the family class and I need to find out the exact date I became a citizen. I have my citizenship card but it doesn't have the date on it (and I don't have my citizenship certificate). Is there a process that I can do this?

a quick Google search would take you here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/citizenship/proof.asp

Seriously? An important date and you forgot?
Citizenship revoked.
I am a good citizen, but am losing my memory about things like dates. When I became a citizen, I was very busy caring for my 4 sons (as a single mom) and had full time work to manage while making sure I would respond to my sons needs. So I think that’s why that date doesn’t stay in my memory. I am very upset that I cannot find my citizenship certificate. This happened because I will be moving and many things that I had are now gone. I really loved the certificate and i’m very, very upset that it’s gone. So...please tell me the date that i attended the very wonderful citizenship ceremony.

Since you lost your citizenship certificate, you might want to get a replacement:
