Finding decent jobs in canada

Hello everyone

My name is Dhruv. I have completed my PGDM in marketing and prior to that I did my Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering. I am planning to go to Canada through express entry system for which I need to get a minimum of 1 year skilled experience with CLB 9 in IELTS. I have started working with a company for last one month as a sales and marketing executive. I wanted to know that what kind of work experience can help me get a decent job in Canada and what are the scope of getting a good job for a guy how has done pgdm in marketing and has a one year of experience in the same field?
My sister is living in Canada and she is a PR holder.

As a "temporary foreign worker" in Canada, applying from outside Canada? Slim chance of obtaining anything if you don't have specialist skills.
