Hello everyone!
I'm preparing to extend my student permit but I have a question regards finanial proof/support.
So, my study will be finished in June 2020 and my tuition per semester is $7500. Plus my living spend is about $2000 per month.

To extend permit, how much do I have to have in my bank account? I'd love to get the permit for two years so i don't have to worry about extending permit again till the graduation.

I heard I need to prove tuiton and living cost for a year and plus extra. In my case, it would be $28,500 per a year. So do you think preparing $35,000 would be enough to get the permit for 2 years? Or little less than this will be okay? My parents will be sending me money to my bank account and I will be pay tuition and other cost from there. So I can prove my tuition will be paid by me.

Thank you!

i think you dont have to transfer all money now, you can show your parents statements and affidavit from them that they are your sponsor

Thank you for answering!
I know I dont have to get that money. But I will be paying tuition from my bank account so I figured getting the money first and then extending permit would be fine. And my parents doesn't know anything about this types of matter haha
