Financial loss on Student Visa rejection ?

Greetings Mates,

I am planning to apply to Canadian institute and I am ready to pay 2 semester Fees upfront. I would like to know if in any case i get refusal of Visa, then how much money would i lost ?
for example,
I will lose the visa fee, application fee...
Also, If the university refund my complete fees, will there any kind of deduction or will i receive 100% refund ?

Yes there will be some small (like application fees) deduction. IF you supply them with the original letter of refusal from VO.

u will lose visa application fees , college/university application fees and sometimes additional college processing fee($200-250 aprox) and u will have to ask for ur fee refund
