Hello , I am about to sponser my Husband for PR , he has been in Canada for years (7) on a visitor permit , we have been extending it every year, Now we would like to apply for PR , He is from the Netherlands so do we do inland or outland, is Vienna easy to deal with???
And also what do they need from me the sponser in regards to work and finances

you can choose, inland or outland, up to you.
Outland is typically faster for visa-exempt applicants. But read the first post by Leon (only the first page) to understand better the difference, and then choose.

About financial information: download the guidelines, read them, and if you still have questions, come back and ask - but you should first choose outland or inland. The sponsor checklist and guideline is quite detailed, so it will walk you through what is needed. It feels a bit overwhelming at first, but it gets better!

Good luck,
Sweden

Hi Sweden , Thanks for the reply Yes I have read everything but I thought to sponsor a spouse there where no financial requirements I am not understanding this a 100 % , like work history ect.
And it sounds like outland is faster. is a interview always needed?? we live in Canada , so we would have to go to Vienna right?

There is no "minimum requirement" - no precise number that you need to show. But you need to show that you will be able to support your spouse and not go on welfare. That's why you need to prove that you have a job, or a way to pay for yourself ( own savings, family support etc).

Outland is generally faster for visa-exempt applicants. An interview is not always needed - it depends on your history. You will be asked for an interview if the visa officer thinks that your relationship is not genuine. If you've been living with your husband for 7 years, I don't see that happening! but yes - if an interview is required, it will be in Vienna, and there is no way to get it transferred to Canada.
However - with being married and living together for 7 years, that's unlikely.

Good luck,
Sweden
