Hello everyone,

can someone clarify if I need to fill this form out. On the checklist it ask:

"Only complete this form if the person you are sponsoring (your spouse) has one or more dependent child(ren), who has one or more
dependent child(ren) of their own. Note: If this does not apply to you, write N/A next to the checkbox."

I don't have any children nor do my spouse who I'm sponsoring.

So the form says to only complete the form if you or your spouse has dependent children who have their own dependent children. And you're saying you have no children.

I'm going to say no, you don't fill it out. But you write N/A.
