Hi all
I sponsored my parents to immigrant to Québec, and is planning to register them to the full time French class provide by the government.
There is a financial assistance that comes with the program (COFI) .
Just wondering, if anyone knows if this is considered a violation of my undertaking responsibility if they apply for this assistance?
