I am applying for visitor visa for my parents. I heard fixes deposit is not considered as a good proof of funds. My agent suggests a financial affidavit including all the property and assets with the value and strong reason to return to Home. Has anyone prepared such document do you have any template or copy you can share.
They never travelled before in fact got passport recently. Will that affect application.
