finally, got our passports back with the maple leaf!
want to thank everybody on this forum. i may have been not so very active, but your inputs/discussion have been of great help to me. i may have have my visa already, but i will still keep on visiting this forum and share what i know with regards to processing, and maybe, be able to share our landing experience
to those who are yet to receive their visas, just hang in there. as they say, patience is a much needed virtue

@waitingforpr : thnks. i will. . . i'm not sure yet. we have till 08 Jan 2011 to land. but we want it to be earlier because of the weather. that'll be winter there. hopefully late july or early august

im currently in saudi arabia right now. chc london sent it to their embassy here in riyadh. then, the embassy sent it to me by courier (aramex) post-paid. i paid aramex when i received the package

we are still waiting for our passports to get back from london. you got yours quite quickly. hopefully ours will get here before july (crossing fingers...and toes!)
good luck with your landing plans. i also plan to land before the winter... july sana that's why i am praying very hard that the passports get back soon soon soon.
