I got the ITA and uploaded all my documents. When i was going through the payment, the payment got declined, but now when i go back to my application to pay again, it says processing payment on my home page and because of that, i am not able to continue my application as of now. Could you please guide me how much time does it take before i can get back to my application and make the payment again or is there any other alternative to finish the payment!

Wait for a few hours. Sometimes the updates take some time to reflect on the profile. In the meantime, figure out and fix why the payment was declined - not enough balance on your credit card, credit card not authorised for international payments etc.

I used a credit card for my OINP application because the application guide clearly mentioned that only credit cards would be accepted. I guess it'll be the same requirement for the PR application.
Use a credit card if you can and there's a better chance that the payment will go through. Good luck.
