Final Decision on PR

Hi All,
My wife who is in India has undergone her medicals with my kids on 13th July,2019. How much more time I would expect for a final decision on her PR would take .no further updates after CIC received medical results...my sponsorship application is already been approved ..

The status on her PR application shows

1. We received Xxxxxx application for permanent residence on May 13, 2019.
2. We sent Xxxxxxxx medical instructions on July 5, 2019. To avoid delays, please provide us with the information requested as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
3. Medical results have been received.

Have they given biometrics yet? Have you been notified that your file was moved to a Visa Office yet? It could be a matter of weeks, it could still be months. There isnt a real way to estimate how long it'll take. You can compare to others who submitted theirs around the same time as yours, but every application is different, and applications with identical circumstances can process totally different from each other.

Yes they have already given their biometrics at the same time when they did their medicals.

12 months is the estimate since the date application was received. Anything below that - consider yourself lucky!
