I heard that after film production diploma of two year i will not get a 3 year work permit is there anything i can do for example doing the film production in Ryerson University rather then doing it in toronto film school .But i need to be sure about one more thing that i will be placed for a job . I mean what is the point of work permit if i dont get a job.

Getting a job is not guaranteed. You must find the job on your own.

Work permit is so that you can work in Canada as getting a work permit the regular way requires a lot of paperwork. You aren't going to get any sort of placement in Canadian colleges and Universities. You need to get a job yourself.
Toronto Film School does not have PGWP which means you will not receive a work permit and will have to leave Canada at the end of your studies. Even if you go for Ryerson University you are not guaranteed a job. Some programs will have Co-op which will give you work experience with a Canadian employer. Depending on how you work during that Co-op you can get a job but nothing is guaranteed.
Job is not going to be easy to find but with Toronto Film School you wont even get a permit after completing, Ryerson on the other hand is a great University and you will get PGWP.
Also beware some co-ops do very little to actually find a job for you, you are still responsible for finding the job yourself for co-op so check how it works at the uni first.
