I am filling out the IMM 5406 form and this seemingly simple form is confusing me.
I am sponsoring my husband so for Section A I will write his name as applicant and then going down that row his address in the last column. The next line which says Spouse I will write my name and then under Present address the cell is divided into 2 rows. Do I write my address (Sponsor) and my email address there OR is that space so that I can use it for Applicants address in case I need more space in the line above and write his email address?
Also we are from India do we need to write out all names in our Native language and where/how do we do that. Do you just take a another copy of the form and this time fill it out in native language or take a blank sheet of paper and write it there.
First row is PA residential address, second row is sponsor residential address, third row is sponsor email address. I do not know the answer in regards to the native language question sorry
