Hello everyone,

I am trying to fill the Employment and education chart on the CIT 0002 form for citizenship.. but I am unclear about some of the cases:

1) What information should I put under "contact name" after I have filled out the other cases?

2) If you working with a trade, for example local 110, local 8, etc.. do you still have to fill out every job you have been to and also the time you were not working and waiting for new jobs?
Or can I just put like: from (date) to (present) Local 110, ....
