Filling in supplementary information - your travels Question for PNP

I am currently trying to fill in the IMM5562 Supplementary Information - Your Travels form, but I don't know how to tackle this.

My issue is that I was based in the UK as a european truck driver, which involved many trips through most european countries on a weekly basis, I also spent 3 years working on the formula 1 and travelled to over 60 countries in this time.

Would I have to send a covering letter with this form as I could not possibly give all the dates/places visited during this time
