I have finished classes in Canada and inviting my father and younger sister(under 18) to attend event. I have a younger brother , mother and grandmother too but they are not invited.
After my father finishes the questionairre in Gckey, We have to fill IMM5713E.
Section A lists all members for whom my father is willing to act as representative.
So, Only my younger sister's name goes in this or whole family?(even if they are not accompanying )
And what about Section B?
Does my sister needs to sign it or other family members?
