Hey guys,
I just realized while filling this form that I forgot to mention in currently application that my spouse arrived in Canada as refugee but is now citizen for over ten years. Could my application be refused on a basis of misrepresentation?
I'am thinking to withdraw the application right away?
Please advise

Interesting... the question you are referring to asks the following:
"Have you, or, if you are the principal applicant, any of your family members listed in your application for PR...
I would say no, since in your case you are not listing your spouse in your application, she is not a part of your CEC application. But it depends on how the CIC interprets 'listed'.
However, lying on application is fraud and there are serious consequences. Show your finalized application to a certified immigration consultant. Better safe, than sorry. Cheers!

natinthehat,
I have an application in process which I received AOR in July and currently expecting refusal since I sent the application with language test under the eligibility requirements. I have taken the test again and sent cic an email asking if it was fine to send the new test scores which are above the requirements. I have not got any response yet. I have no expectation on this but I am waiting until end of next week to withadraw this application.
Consequently, I'm preparing a new application to send in as soon as I give the go head for withdrawal. So while filling this new application, I noticed on the photocopies of the first application that I said no the question regarding refugee protection. I am no longer sure how I understood the question a the time.
