Hi

We payed the $1,040 online and got online receipt that says we need to complete.

The name is already filled, but is not the name like on application or passport since my credit card has a name with only one letter of name and one last name, we think it looks confusing.

Should we write the full name underneath? or do anything about it?

Also,in the client id...if the applicant has a visitor record should i put that id there?

Thanks!!

it doesn't matter what name is written on the receipt. putting the name and contact information is primarily for refund purposes if it is necessary, so that cic can initiate the refund to the proper person. having the name be different or one letter off is not going to make a difference. make sure to keep a copy of the receipt for your own records.

no, a uci is different than the numbers on a visitor record. i don't believe there is a uci on the visitor record (a UCI is an 8-digit number). It is not necessary to put a UCI number on the receipt, since most outland applicants don't have a uci number upon submission. just leave that section blank.

I have a VR and they do have a UCI, it's called a client ID on there. It is in fact the number I am listed under for my PR application and all the emails I have received though my also has one. Though I am US but I don't think it matters.
