Just starting this thread for Filipinos who already did their credentials assessment for 2013 opening. I already received my CMA-Ontario evaluation report for FREE (through email). I still have to study again for 8 subjects. I think education system in the Philippines are way behind 2 years compared to Canadian education.
I still have to officially make my credentials be assessed on the designated organization set by CIC.
I did the assessment because it is for free and want to know how far are we Filipinos in terms of education points.

Thanks also. My NOC is 1111.. I heard from a friend of mine who is already in Canada and a Registered Nurse here in the Philippines that they also need to take some subjects to pursue such designation.
Hi i am planning to apply for the 2013 fsw too but i hired an agent,CPNIS,
anybody here worked with them? They mentioned too regarding being evaluated and all but im not sure how they do it..
i'm also applying for FSW 2013and my NOC is 3211. I didnt know that I needed to have my credentials pre-evaluated. Is it a requirement for all professions? How did you process yours? Please help me out.

Your Educational credentials will have to be evaluated. CIC has not chosen the companies that will do the evaluations yet. So if you have a consultant that says they will evaluate them, then they are lying to you.
I'm new in this forum. I search CPNIS and found this topic post way back. Im seeking for help about CPNIS, I wanted to use their services and I'm in my 2nd package now. I need to get some feed back on how they handle applications to get immigrant visa. Hope you can help me with this matter. How's your visa application to them?
hi im new here i might be applying for FSW this year, here's my situation i hope everybody who has a knowledge will help me.
i have a cousin, uncle in saskatchewan and they have a business of auto repair shop, car sales (buy n sell), tire shop, money transfer. they ask me to get a training regarding their business which i take "auto mechanic" in TESDA (a training school given here in the philippine which issued a NCII or national compitency certificate for those who pass). my question is, if im applying for FSW what are the things i have to do? i saw on the other forum about LMO, RED SEAL etc. and how long this would take up? im also 30 years old and a college undergraduate, do CIC accept work experience for automechanic that are working only on those small time repair shop which philippines has a lot in every town and most of them are on-all. im hoping you can shed some light into this situation thank you.
