Anyone here from Philippines (working/worked in Singapore) who applied Student visa thru the Canada Visa Application Center - VFS Global in Singapore?
I just would like to clarify their requirement as to the Notarized copy of transcript and diploma? Is it the "red ribbon" copy issued by DFA? Or just a notarial from a notary public will do? Please share if you have any experience.
