Filing travel history after ITA (country of origin Pakistan, residence Saudi Arabia)

Hey guys,
I have a confusion regarding travel history. I studied 4 years in Pakistan (citizen) but at this time, I was resident of Saudi Arabia. After every 4 months (semester), I went to Saudi on break.
Should I include 4 months (pakistan), 2 months (saudia) for all these 4 years along with the other trips made? Or should I mention in stretch 2012-2016 (Pakistan)
