I am an inland CEC applicant and have received CoPR on June 13, 2020, PR application submission date was Feb 13, 2020. I'm still waiting for my PR card to arrive in the mail. I have submitted the IRCC webform twice, but received a generic response each time saying that my application is under process.
I had initially applied only for myself as the primary applicant. I would like to know if I can submit a PR application for my spouse, while I'm waiting for my own PR card.
I had travelled outside of Canada while my PR application was in process and am still outside of Canada as my PR card is yet to be received. Do I need to be in Canada while applying for PR for my spouse. Requesting your guidance on the same.
