Filing ONIP

Hi,
I have submitted my express entry profile a week ago and in the profile I showed interest in living in Ontario Province. So, can I now go ahead and create a profile in ONIP (OINP e-Filing Portal) or should I wait for Ontario PNP to contact me and through my Express Entry and wait formal invitation before e-filing the ONIP?

OINP is supposed to send candidates a NoI first after which the applicants can only apply
