Hi,

Is it permissible under new law to file an all new application under federal skilled worker scheme;
while one already hold an application file number in UK applied before 27 February 2008.

I mean what are the option one have; if he finds the old application might take long time
while he is most suitable profession under new rules.

should he withdraw the old application first and then re-apply
or

he can apply a new file; without any disturbance to old file


please help me

one can apply new application without disturbing the prev. one. I ve already done that.
