file transferred to etibicoke in December, no copr

aor june 19th. As per gcms my file transferred to etibicoke on 23rd December 2020 ..but i haven't got any updates from etibicoke..is anyone have any idea how long it will take to get copr from etibicoke visa office?
My file got transferred to etibicoke, does it mean i will get copr from etibicoke office?

i didn't ask but as per my gcms notes it says

they transferred my file in 23rd December 2020 and they have changed my marital status from single to married on 8th of jan 2021 but my wedding got canceled due to covid so i have to ask them to remove my partner from my application..so they removed in February 8th around..now i am single applicant again..do you think due to this changes, i am not getting copr from etibicoke visa office?

in my case there is no any in transit or paper application section. i had Edmonton as secondary in my first gcms and then in 2nd gcms, i had etibicoke.

i called them and also i can see in correspondence section for application transfer
