I can’t remember everything… but here is what I can share.
I done my med exam on July 20th and the result arrived at Ottawa on August 5th. My file transferred to LA on Nov 10th got my PPR Dec 20th.

Anybody received PR over christmas?
 
probably none, CHC's all over observe Canadian holidays over Christmas and New Year's and add to that any local holidays in the countries they are in. We sent our passports for visa stamping last Dec.17 to LA, and am expecting it back mid-January.

keeping my fingers crossed. :)

I wonder has anybody received ppr from LA consulate?
 
It took us 1 and 1 week after our files was transferred to LA. Received the PP request yesterday. Just for reference.
