I would like to ask some questions if anyone has an answer for them.
1- If the a PR file transferred from one office to the other, will they repeat eligibility checks (A11.2) ?
2- If someone passed eligibility, what are the chances that she/he may get refusal due to work experience letter or missing PCC ?
3- Can IRCC still request additional documents from the employer even after medical and eligibility pass ( A11.2) ?
Files are passed due to workload and/or other reasons.
- R10: Checks for completeness which includes PCC missing or docs in required format.
- Eligibility Check: If you conclusively passed eligibility, you will not be re-evaluated again. The missing experience letter/wrong format are all checked during this stage.
- IRCC can request additional documents depending on your case - This will mostly be during the check in case of employment.
Medicals can either be extended or asked for re-medicals once it expires.
