I applied for spousal sponsorship about a month ago, my application was mailed in as a paper application not online , and I'm waiting to get my file number so i can link it to my online profile.
But the thing is i haven't heard back for more than a month now..
Is there any way to contact the IRCC to ask if there is a reason for this delay.
