File Number from Buffalo

Hi Guys,

How long it will take to receive the file Number (AOR) from Buffalo I sent my application 20 days ago and I received nth till now.. please tell me about the timeline.

i am in same boat... I wish 6-7 week is true estimate...
and after that I believe it takes 5-8 months to process (finish) the application in normal conditions....

Can someone confirms / comment-on my view?

it depends on ur case too...
normally u do get the aor from buffalo within 6-7 weeks,n after that it may take up to 12 months
i havn't heard of a case if any processed in 6 motnths or so....
but still hope for the quickest and the best...

It used to take 6 or 7 days when I sent mine last summer. Now it takes 6 to 7 wks. Every step is getting slower and slower!

Getting AOR from Buffalo takes 16-18 weeks.

Forgot to add:

I sent my application in Nov 08 and got AOR in March 09 (took 16 weeks in total)

Well, I am past 7 weeks now (7 weeks + 1 day) and still no AOR from Buffalo. I guess we have to update the statistics to say 7-8 weeks now.
