File in revision with an immigration officer

Hi all,
I have been informed that my file is currently in revision with an immigration officer. My file is currently at Buffalo and we did the medicals on January 2009.

Does anyone know how long it might take to have a decision from the authorities?
The file be in revision with an immigration officer after the medicals is the regular procedure?

Any comment, idea or opinion is more than welcome!!!!!

U should be getting it soon in next couple of months
I had applied to buffalo
I got medicals on 22feb 2010 and got PR visa on 1 may 2009

I got this information from my immigration lawyer. However, he was not able to give me an estimated of how long it might take to have a decision.
