1) Immigration Officer are good enough to know how much funds were required and how much an applicant posses(Bank Statement will tell itself). Your funds are excessive, so, need not to add explanatory letter.
2) Well, better create new form of your spouse and attach explanatory letter too.
3) What sort of name difference is?
Prior to making any decision, I recommend and request you to wait for other expert opinions. As, i explain my point of view and shared what's in my knowledge.
for 3. the name difference is that its: 'shAikh' in my education certificate & 'shEikh' in passport. so, it's difference of A & E..... (How did you spell in your application?
for 1)what u mean by ''Your funds are excessive, so, need not to add explanatory letter'' ? Your said your funds increased by CAD 5,000/- (For example in application to CIO, if i mention that i have CAD10000 in my account and it fulfills settlement of funds requirement-(funds to take with to CANADA according to your size of family0. But now i have CAD 15000 in my account, so i have excessive funds of CAD 5000 and need not to letterized).
for 2) i will fill in a complete new form for Background for my spouse & i don't need to send the old Background form that i sent to Sydney, right? (If an explanatory letter is attached, than no need to send the old one, i think so.)
thnx in advance................
Please please wait for other opinions as well....
