2. You must meet LICO for the past 3 years for the total number of people in your family. Your NOA will show whether you meet LICO. LICO for 2021 is not published. Parents do not have to show income.
3. The program has yet to be announced for 2022. It is a lottery so you may not be selected at all. They can be in Canada on a visitor visa.
