Few questions about Indian Passport Renewal

Hi,


My Passport is expiring next month. I am trying to apply for a new passport and I need to fill the application at https://passport.gov.in/nri/

I have few doubts about this.

1: Do I apply for Re-issue or Fresh Passport? There is no option for renewal.

2: Address details: It asks for address to be printed on the passport. Do I give my Canadian address or Indian address?
