Yes it matters.
Pay at least for the 1st semester and attach its slip with your visa file. If you don't have financial issue, you can pay even for the complete year in advance.
It makes your case bit more stronger that candidate has already paid the fee. He/she is a true student and wants to go there only and only for educational purpose. this is my opinion. Someone else might guide you well.

One thing more in my online visa application there no document required as a fee recipt or something like this only proof of funding is required

I am not sure on this but I guess you can upload it where you will upload rest of the documents. There won't be any specific area stating "upload your fee paid slip"...
