Fees in online - Urgent help---PMM

I m going to pay the fees ($1040) in online but my doubt is...

DO I NEED TO BREAK THEM APPLICATION WISE?

DO I NEED TO MENTION MY SPOUSE NAME AS PAYER INFO OR JUST MY NAME IS FINE? (Bcos I am going to pay using my credit card)

IF SOMETHING WRONG TO RECEIVE THE RECEIPT WHAT SHOULD I DO?

DO I AND/OR MY SPOUSE NEED TO SIGN IN THE RECEIPT?

Please help me out....JJ

are you in Canada ? If so you could just walk down to the bank and pay there . They will give you a receipt and receipt number to put in with your application. I didn't pay online myself but I think they will give you a receipt number to put in with your file also.

I (principal applicant) paid the fees online I did not have 2 break up each individual application up. I paid 1040 all together and filled out the reciept and signed myself with no problems. I used my information because it was my credit card. As far as something going wrong I was able to save my reciept pdf file on my computer along with having a copy emailed to me by the site.

You don't need to break up anything. They don't care who pays along as it gets paid. Your best bet is to pay online -- saves you a trip to the bank and they will get it immediately. After you pay online they will email you a receipt which you have to print and submit with your application. You don't need to sign it.

Can anyone pay online via Credit Card while out of Canada or the onlineoption is only for within Canada?

Yes you can pay outside of canada. I paid in US.
