Hi everyone,

I am confused about the payments. I and my wife made the application to Canada and we sent a check worth of $1,100. After that we received a letter from Canada saying our initial application has accepted and we have to submit our full application to London Office within 120 days. We would like to know whether we have to pay any fee when we are submitting the documents? Since we paid 1,100 to Canada do we have to pay the Visa Office in London as well?

Can anyone tell me how much left to pay till getting PR?

Thanks,

Kagan

no not at this stage, just submit the docs, they'll be asking for RRP fee but that'll be later and you will be told about it as well.

Hi Ahmad. Thanks for your answer. How much is the RRP for me and my wife who is 28 years old? Ans after the RRP is there any other payment left to do to get PR?

Calculating Use the table below to calculate the total amount of fees to be paid. There
your fees are two (2) types of fees:

1. The processing fee which must be included with your application

Processing Fee Number Amount Amount
of per Due
persons person
Principal applicant 1 x $550 $ 550
Each family member age 22 or older x $550
Each family member under age 22
who is married or in a common-law x $550
relationship
Each family member under age 22 x $150
who is unmarried and not in a
common-law relationship
Total
Payment:

and

2. The Right of Permanent Residence Fee, which will be requested by
the Visa Office at a later stage if your application is approved.

Right of Permanent Residence Number Amount Amount
Fee of per Due
persons person
Principal applicant 1 x $490 $ 490
Spouse or common-law partner x $490
Total
Payment:

Note: Dependent children are exempt from paying the right of Permanent
Residence fee.

Oh, by the way, you will have to pay the DMP too, for Medicals.
