I started working in a NOC-A occupation on September 11th 2017. I worked remotely from my home country for 14 days; from my understanding any experience obtained outside Canada regardless of being paid in Canadian dollars does not count. Due to this, I will be submitting my application on October 11th 2018, with an additional 4 weeks of buffer.
My question is whether 4 weeks of paid vacation during this period will be an issue. The IRCC's statement of "reasonable vacation" is a bit vague, so I wanted to get feedback of whether 56 weeks (2 of which may possibly not count for remote work) and 4 weeks of paid vacation should suffice.

Depends on the norms for your field and level of experience. And, that's why it is good to include info on all your remuneration (not just salary) in the letter of reference - if your employer confirms you were entitled to 4 weeks of paid vacation, then it will likely be accepted.

Thanks so much, jes_ON! My vacation benefits are "paid days accrued", it's not a finite number of specific days. As long as my reference letter has that included, that should be okay, yes?

I gain vacation days based on the number of days I’ve worked. So with about 52 weeks of work, I gain 20 days. Does the LOR need to say how many vacation days I took or just what my benefits are?
