My brother is planning to submit application for PR under FSW, he is in India & planned to pay the fees by credit card.

I have read couple of posts where people from India had problem by making payment by credit card because CVC code is not asked & mentioned in the form.

When I applied for my application from USA, I paid the fees by credit card and paid it successfully. So I have suggested him that instead I can pay by my credit card (by filling my credit card info in the form).

Would it be an issue if applicant fill brother's credit card card info (definitely I will sign the form & can add cover letter too)? I was wondering if officer in CIC office or in visa office could take it as negative from any prospective (like fees is paid via brother's credit card)?
