Fee refund through flywire

I applied for fee refund and gave my foreign account but after a month almost received an email from flywire that I have to share details of account from where fee was generated, however I asked the western union from where I sent fee they are not aware of any such processing and that's why I shared my account details, just worrying if flywire will accept it, anyone who's in same boat from Pakistan share your experience please.Also, GIC refund is applied and almost it's a month but haven't heard from them again after they confirmed beginning of refund.
