Sorry if this is a repeat. I just want to doublecheck to be sure I am reading it right -

I am applying for my wife, and her 14 year old daughter. Am I correct in thinking I do not have to pay the RIGHT OF PERMANENT RESIDENCE FEE for her daughter? That is the extra 490 (just for my wife?). I will pay 150 for a processing fee, though.
