My NOC code was 0213, I have made a mistake by not sending the fees of my spouse and children. If my application is now returned due to insufficient fees, and later if I send the documents again, will my application considered for the rules when i submit the initial application. Since 0213 is no longer in ministerial list.
Experts please respond, how should i proceed
should i send the additional fees form now with a cover letter stating everything. My documents reach NS on 31st may 2010 ?
shoud i wait for the documents to be send back and send again, what about the rules ?
It depends on how strict the office is but I'm going to guess that since your documents were received before June 26, you should be okay, but try to send in the additional fees immediately just to make sure.
Send it again with correct fee, if they entertain it you are lucky, otherwise they will send you your entire money. Write a letter explaining that your present application is continuation of previous application and is not a new application.
I think media has given you the best advice. SEND THE FEES IMMEDIATELY. I will also advise you to attach only a COPY of your application that sent earlier along with a note that the original application already has been received by NS.
you have to be fast, so the money can be reached there before they review and take a decision about the file.
I send initially Demand Draft of 550$, I will include a new fee payment, i m planning to pay via credit card, how much money should I include with 4 family member, should i allow them 2 deduct 1400$ from my credit card or only 850$. Please respond.

Yes my dependant's are non-accompanying, that's why i didn't send the fees for my spouse and children.
But yesterday after reading the guide again EG7.pdf,
Number of family members
Write the total number of family members included in your application. This includes yourself and any family members regardless of whether they intend to accompany you to Canada or not.
