I will be paying my fee and getting a GIC very soon for my studies in Canada which starts on sept '14.
So i have few questions and they are : -
1 - If in worst scenario i fail to get a visa after paying the fee and getting a GIC. How easy / time consuming is the proccess?
2 - In case of refund how much amount is deducted?
3 - Is it possible to get a visa without paying the GIC?
3 - Is it possible to get a visa without paying the college fee?
