Although I'm not from India (but from Pakistan actually), why from 01st Jul. Try to get it dispatched on Jun 30 (means Saturday). Fedex or DHL is far better (in India and in Pakistan both). 01st is Sunday, so DHL or Fedex will be closed. if not on Jun 30, you can dispatch on 02nd Jul (Monday), that will reach in 3 days time means 05th Jul....I suggest you (as my continent brother) to dispatch your envelop on Jun 30 (Saturday). I'm doing the same.
Best of luck buddy...........

Will suggest u to wait till new list comes out... as if there wil be any changes or new requirements u can modify application and then send it... So for a day or two day dont rush... Step ahead with keeping in mind such possibilities.
Agreed.
Do not rush in sending your application(wait for 1st July to see if there is any change in rules/list).
FedEX/DHL/UPS/Bluedart are equally good.
You can choose their express service(bluedart-dhl has one, where in you can get your package delivered before 10 am next day in India). They may be having similar services for international courier..

I experinced a great service from DHL-express.Within days my package got delived.I sent my application on 21-Nov-12 and it was delivered to CIC office on 25-Nov-12
Hi Rao, Last year I sent my application through a local courier guy and he forwarded the packet using DHL, the packet was delivered in 4-5 days and was able to track it on DHL website. The benefit, saved about 2/3 of the cost. DHL was charging upwards of Rs.2700 but this guy charged less than Rs.1000. Try to get in touch with a local courier guy to check for the options.
