if a person does not have a birth certificate can he/she still apply under federal skilled worker class... as birth certificate is required as one the documents to be submitted with the documents .. what is teh procedure if a person does not have a birth certificate
Hey Harry!!!
My husband also doesn't have any birth certificate, I think in old days in India it was common. So he submitted his 10th grade School certificate. I think it was written in the check list which we got from Sydney NS or else I don't remember already. But so far we are "In process" and did not have any issues regarding this matter.
Good luck!!!!
