Hello all,
I was wondering if you could help me to understand my options. I have created a profile on IRCC and got 456 points under Federal Skilled Worker. As it is not enough I will try to find a job offer but meanwhile I was wondering how does provincial nomination works.
1. is there any of you who actually got a NOI from Ontario without job offer and such low score?
2. do I have to pay the $1,500 without being granted NOI?
